This chair is absolutely incredible! The combination of airbags, heat, and various massage techniques creates the most relaxing experience. I particularly love the stretch programs which help with my flexibility. The app control is convenient when I don't want to use voice commands. The shiatsu and kneading functions feel authentic. Assembly was straightforward with two people. Only wish the footrest extended a bit more for taller users, but overall very satisfied with this purchase.
